    The following annual management measures for the Pacific halibut fishery are those recommended by the IPHC and accepted by the Secretary of State, with the concurrence of the Secretary of Commerce. 1. Short Title. These Regulations may be cited as the Pacific Halibut Fishery Regulations. 2. Application.
